    Good announcement today, Xstrata buying in at 22c (placement ) with option to acquire 51% of Roseby.....

    URL now have good cash....& large copper ground under feasability study.....

    Xstrata are no dummies & have a bit of a war chest now that Western Mining is off the agenda...Will blow the CUO offer out of the water....
