Its interesting to note that Xstrata say in the half yearly: "Xstrata has an option to aquire a 50% participation in the project".
The option actually expired months ago, so has the actual option been extended with all the original conditions or has NKP just given them a period of grace?
Lots going on in the background here.
I remain very poitive after reading Xstrata half yearly a few times.
