I am first poster to this stock and can approach it completely un biased.
Afer reviewing the legal matter, it is my opinion that Xstrata ( and any other major capital source) will not invest $ 1 until total and complete clarification of title is sorted out.
These people are not gamblers.
If it takes 6 years to sort out, then development will wait 6 years.
I also do not believe that they will touch one project whilst there is major uncertainty on a close by project. They simply do not take risks, and there is some risk of contaign.
I would get out.
