    As of URL 2007 Annual Report Xstrata's subsidiary holds the following ordinary shares:

    Mount Isa Mines Limited 30,000,000

    Xstrata also have the following options/rights on URL:

    * Roseby JV deal that would give them 51% ownership of SEEP

    * Option to buy 51% of RCP (non SEEP) - this option becomes a requirement should Xstrata proceed with SEEP deal

    * Rights to process URL copper concentrate (from Nov 2008)

    Is anyone aware of any other links/ties to Xstrata ?
