Thank you very much for the link and info.

To me It now seems a no brainer that Xstrata have much to gain from the NKP projects and particularly the close proximity of the planned Steelpoort smelter to Tubatse.

The article some time ago that talked about "the scraps" mentioned new technology as making mining of the orebody a possibility, while todays article on the Ferrochrome investment also talks about Technologies. Ruuki also clearly refer to the Chrome/PGM synergies as a game changer.

Can all these issues be linked - Absolutely! Also throw in Jubilee Platinum's conroast technologies for extracting PGM from high Chrome ores and the story gets better.
