    Hi AOH'ers,

    If Xstrata accepts the valuation must AOH accept it, even if AOH does not like the valuation.

    and if that is the case how could we sure the valuer doesn't get leant on ?

    My apologies is this info is readily available - but I was not able to find it.

    Also does anyone know why isn't the independent valuation made public.
