One comment though - VALMIN would make the valuation fair, one hopes - but does not definitive.
I don't believe it is like a reserve price if Xstrata walks - because at that point AOH is free to ask for higher offers or accept lower offers
In fact if the valuation is public it may encourage more buyer s if the resource has had independent valuation, it may be a "safer" exercise to explore its purchase
BTW your disclosure is hold - so you don't think AOH current SP is cheap ? :)
