    I wish I could get my head around this kind of 'why bother' offer from Xstrata.There's got to be a method in the madness.
    Sin-tang are in no hurry.They don't have to be.
    Seems Sphere's board members are just that,bored.Realising the futility of hanging on with no capital to develop they thought they could shake the tree and see what falls.
    This will all very shortly fall in a heap...unless...
