Fishhead , you really do not get it do you. No , they are not going to leave , they can't , and nor should they given the size of the investments they have made here. But as for NEW money , that is something different . When you change the rules , it is the next investment dollar which is put at risk . That is what we are seeing put at risk in front of our eyes.
How this can possibly be good for a nation is beyond my comprehension
