Actually if a take-over bid was being contemplated for the near future it is more probable that Anvil share price would surge as "insiders" moved in.
No doubt Anvil is be a great take-over proposition.
Bill Turner and other directors would resist any take-over offer to the limit.
(Whatever that limit might be?)
They know Anvil's real value and potential.
They are enjoying the achievement of developing a substantial mining company and the inevitability of moving Anvil on to greater things too much to contemplate any take-over offer.
It would be helpful to share-holders if the share price would move higher and reflect the real value of this company.
