Hello Westcott. I think Hanlong offer is very opportunistic.The problem is other Chinese companies are warned not to offer higher prices as they have in the past which has pushed up the targets to being over priced .The other problem is they all get the money from the same place . Hanlong has made offers for other companies and not followed through. I think another company will show its hand shortly but the holding Hanlong has at the moment may be a deterrent for them .Remember Xstrata,s play in SA
