AOH 530m shares on issue already at sub $150m market cap
CDU only 190m shares on issue $800m market cap
CDU have got M & G , Oceanwide , New Apex and Sinosteel to put in $270m at prices from $3.60 to $4.50.
Unorthodox absolutely but the top 4 holders must obviously agree with management who says their current JORC resource of 1.7mt of in ground copper which is just marginally more than AOH severely understates their resource.
Either that or McCrae could sell ice to Eskimo's or the aforementioned top 4 shareholders are complete Turkeys.
AOH will struggle to fund a stand alone independent mining operation as do 99 out of 100 junior miners - CDU is one in hundred and appears its going to make it = AOH has a long way to go.
Disclaimer I have sold out of CDU as I think its fully priced at this point in time.
