Hello all,

Deals with Xstrata can take on different forms
eg: X's deal with NKP is a free carry through to production for %50 of the company/ project.

Wasn't there a press release from SDL suggesting up to 50% of project could be exchanged to get the deal done.

Could be a coincidence.

However if such a deal was done the value of SDL would be? Anyone like to take an educated guess. I'm thinking the cap range starts at $4 Billion.
