    I think we've been baited. And by a tag team.

    George, the deal always was that Xstrata would get 15%. So in the announcement that you're looking at, Xstrata received the second tranche of their shares (so have more shares), however the percentage has dropped due to dilution from options converted between the 2 tranches.
