Could someone refresh my memory on the terms given to xstrata...

Could someone refresh my memory on the terms given to xstrata when they bought in as cornerstone investor, not infront of computer so can,t see announcement, how big did PB need to get for them to come in, and any ideas how soon PB will reach that point given the quality of recent drill results.
