    I don't mean to be pedantic, but it's not right.

    IF they include the "sale" from Xstrata Canada on 11/5, they should also include the "buy" by Xstrata Holdings on 11/5. (Remember that transfer? I do - not one of my brightest moments!) And then the substantial shareholder at the annual report should also be Xstrata Holdings.

    Bottom line remains though - Xstrata holds 15% and haven't sold a single share.
