I also had a look at this and obviously crude esttmates were input ....spread the capex over 2.2 years and the IRR i got varies between 20%-26% depending on many variables.
i.e post tax? tax rate?/ what discount rate did they use to achieve a NPV of 2Billion??? further exploration costs? Admin Costs?
