Xstrata knew from the beginning there would be a lot of challenges. Nkwe had a document from the minister that led them to believe they had the rights. They won in two previous courts until the conti court decision.

if Nkwe can present X with a BFS that passes their internal hurdle rate they have an option to proceed. That statement looks like it still stands.

nothing new but good to hear it discussed by Xstrata.
