As regarding Tubatse - It is genorah that lost the case. They potentially are going to loose rights to a property which they sold to Nkwe in return for shares. So if they were to loose the rights and since Nkwe has not misrepresented anyone then isnt it common law that the shares recieved in exchange for the rights should be shifted to Bengwenyama.
