    great find.

    So we now know:

    1. that Xstrata is still waiting for the Final BFS.

    2. that Xstrata may give the go ahead on a JV if the numbers are favourable

    3. that Xstrata was aware of NKP's legal disputations but is not deterred.

    4. that PGM is in great demand
