If it is SOL increasing Their holdings...



SOL have said (Today) they are open to offers for NHC (60+% owned)

New Hope Corp currently move 6mtpa Coal & are looking to double production.

Own their own Port

Large reserves

Also have $1.5bil in cash

Substantial Holdings in Dart Energy & Planet Gas

MC of almost $6bil

New Hope also applied for four Mineral exploration permits earlier this year, not Coal exploration permits (unusual for them).

Rob Millner is VERY unhappy with the MRRT.

New Hope is one of the last Big Coal stocks, that have not been swallowed up by the Larger Players.


I wonder whether SOL is looking to move further into the Copper Market ??, (to avoid the MRRT)

CopperChem (51% held by SOL) have already doubled production capability & SOL said in their last report they will look into expanding further in the future.



I would be happy to have them increase their holdings on our register.
