If you had just taken on a placement for 7cent share in a company worth 5.5 cents, then you would cal it a bad announcement - one which sealed the fate of your 7c shares.
Given the price of the deal sweetening options, the share may not go up much further until wells are flowing.
My sentiment goes to Hold at this time.
