Another thing on the topic of participating in spp. I know there are quite a few people heavy in or only holding options here so as a quick fyi to anyone unaware any option holdings aren't eligible for participation in any spp

If you do hold the actual stock then entitlement will be based however many shares you hold and your option holding is excluded. If you only hold options and no stock you won't have any holding eligible to participate.

All this is assuming any raise the company holds they throw something our way
