Thank you for that, very pertinent and a good reminder of the parameters.

Under the hypothetical scenario that the VES results were released last week and the share price increased to 3c, investors at Mining 121 may have felt as though they have missed the boat (at least, one of the first boats). This is despite management having the capability to issue the securities at a discounted rate to the SP of the day.

We should expect dilution given our position however I'm hopefully some big fundies will see XTC as a very appetising investment. They can jump on board and we can all fly together.
