    Possibly, or XTC can use the Carachi profits and director's knowledge/contacts to acquire more prospective tenements.

    Personally I am not keen on Lake acquiring XTC cheaply, but would be ok at the right price. Anywhere near our current SP and it would be a no vote from me.

    But time will tell.
