It doesn't seem like management want to get this thing moving. They probably want to keep everyone in suspense, then sell the whole project to the highest bidder once lithium is hot again. If they really wanted to be a contender they would be getting things done alot faster. They are very quickly running out of time in my opinion. Still a block of land basically.
