    Exactly. Lilac have an exclusivity clause for the Kachi basin with Lake. As far as I am aware, the XTC tenement is at the Carachi Pampa = Kachi basin. Therefore I don't see how XTC can have access to the lilac process.

    Do you honestly think an exclusivity clause would allow a company to use the process on the other side of the volcano?
