2 years mate you have rocks in your head.

6 months drilling, no permits yet
6 months after a maiden Jorc resourse
6 months after a PEA...PEA next year if we are lucky before options expire
After that come a DFS, at least 1 year
maybe some DLE partnership
Another year for a demo plant if needed and FEED studies for the banks, not to mention permits.
A year waiting on EIA and FID and CAPEX finalized
2-3 years for the build out
