My hope is that the BoD are lining up the funding now to go full steam ahead after they have looked after themselves in allocations of shares to hit the ground running soon.
It’s one reason everything could be held back.
On another note, you have to be an AUS/NZ resident to get half these allocations so this will also dilute the South American side of thing so they have more control?!?!?
