Lake did a great favor to Xantippe by pointing out that there is brine on their premises, as mentioned in their announcement titled "15/06/2023 Lake Res Provides JORC Update on its Flagship Kachi Project" on page 11". It is very considerate of Lake to inform Xantippe that brine extends across the full west to east extent of the basin in line 3 (green). XTC, on the other hand, is fortunate to be located in the sweet spot right in the middle of the basin (lowest point), while Lake acquired land on the outskirts, which is not ideal as it leans heavily inside the mountain and the brine will gradually flow towards the middle, done over millions of years. That is why Lake needs to drill an average of 600 meters, whereas XTC can accomplish it with 200 meters. Regarding line 6, shown in blue, it demonstrates the presence of brine beneath the basalt shield of the volcano adjacent to XTC's land package. Rest assured, all the brine seeps toward the middle, and once again, Lake's premises are carved into the mountains or worse on top and next to a volcano. Unfortunately, Lake doesn't have any sweet spots, as the other side of the volcano toward the Moreno and Maria sections will all be part of the natural reserve.
