    The point being that if they arent going to respond to emails or phonecalls, the only recourse SH have is to be a nuisance at GMs. The cynic in me thinks we probably dont, and even if we did, the increased and likely increasing %s against future gouges into the last CR wont bat an argentinian eyelash.
