Contrary to your repetitive opinion, I don’t think Kachi/Carachi is a dud - it just needs two better companies than LKE and XTC with much deeper pockets, quality management and a lot of patience who can overcome the DLE and location problems. If the supply/demand deficit continues to widen and lithium prices rise, even low grade brines will become very attractive for investment. You need someone who will just get on with the job and not muck around like these turkeys.
