The quote "Greed is good" actual comes from Ivan Boesky, not Gordon Gekko, who was convicted of insider trading and was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay $100 million in fines. He is quoted to say “Greed is all right, by the way. I want you to know that. I think greed is healthy. You can be greedy and still feel good about yourself.” So how did that work out for him? At least he feels good about himself. Don't know if any of us would get that level from our XTC holdings.
