i still think we have another year to get them cheaper but this is only a guess based on others I have seen, next year I believe we should see huge gains when things get moving.
South America is very slow in getting things running so just keep buying them and wait for xtc to take off.
I say 3 years from now we should know if it's a good investment or not.
