Agree with your comments/sentiment – great chance here for something special.

Took a position here in XTC (also have a position in ICE - don't judge me!!).

Another 24M traded on Friday (adding to the other 10M-60M+ days over the last few weeks) - looks like a few others have taken a position.


The Southern Cross Gold project acquisition makes me think of SPX.

Comparing the historical drill results for both XTC & SPX before each acquiring their projects; you can see why I think of one when I see the other.


SPX started with the same ($6M) market cap as XTC when it acquired its Penny West project.


XTC:
MC: $6M
Cash: $2M
EV: $4M


SPX:
Current MC: $187M
Currently under a $207M takeover offer from Ramelius (RMS).


Also worth noting is that RMS’s Edna May Gold Mine and Plant are just down the Highway from XTC’s Southern Cross project.


Wil it be SPX 2.0?

Mind you SPX went too early and too cheap.


XTC results are better than SPX at acquisition time.

This could/should be a massive one.
