Right oh, tick, tick, tick decision time is here, and I have taken all the emotion out of it and thought about it 150 times inside and out – and I think I will have 50 each way!

I have already invested enough but to almost double my current holding will cost me about 5 X less than my original investment and if its going to fail than it fails and I lose anyway so I might as well give myself a slim chance of making my money back, given that there is no chance of selling out at the current SP anyway!

I will also put some money aside for a buy-in in the scenario it drops dramatically after the consolidation.

Taking all the emotion and anger out of my thought process and just boiling it down to why I originally invested.

1 - Nearology - Next door to LKE - Yes that catch cry we all hate now! But it’s still true and it’s just a matter of how much we have and how rich the brine is! Sure LKE has dropped dramatically but it’s still around the .20c mark and has 1.4 billion shares on issue – after consolidation we will have 58 million.
2. We have Lithium at SC and what we decide to do with that should still yield us some returns – hopefully we sell it.
3. Nearology- Buying land next to Zijin Asset in Argentina's Catamarca Q3 project that has very high grades and a mountain of resources – Not that stupid really to have 2 areas to play in Argentina both next to other projects and one that will be next door to a fully operational process by the end of 2023 early 2024.
4. Pindar - One of the pioneers of NEO lithium that sold their assets to Zijin for the Catamarca Q3 project for 1 billion dollars, the guy is no idiot and obviously knows the land and what he it takes in regards to getting from the starting line to the finish line and picking a gold medal along the way so basically he know how to win.
5. We will eventually have to either drill and prove or sell the land anyway so not all hope is lost, and we do have some levers to pull!

If I lose well I am an idiot and a sucker who deserves what he gets, and to date the board has not given us any reason to trust or believe any of the above will ever come to fruition so wish me luck because I’m going to need a lot of it and I wish all of you luck and all the best with whatever you decided to do from here!....gee I must really like eating S#$t sandwiches!!

thanks for taking all the boxes there, and I really appreciate some of the positive sentiment

there Are some considerations to make
Global environment for lithium at the economic environment, globally, and inflation in Argentina, and all that is not really the blame of the Xtc people

Not with standing sitting on their hands, and not getting actively generating income from mining, but rather seeking to generate income from the investors is an act of stupidity, and possibly there may be an underlying reason behind all of this where they may consolidate their own interests water down everyone else’s shares at their own game, legally of course and then run the gauntlet which will piss off a whole lot of people that didn’t buy it even more then they already are

Then of course on Tuesday or Wednesday they make all the whole thing off which they had put into the fine print or they may go ahead with the fund raise and call the consolidation of

and the institutional investor owho bought in recently?
$10 million will undoubtedly consolidate, and so will all of the directors and major stakeholders as they can just pay themselves back wages

I strongly suspect that somebody knows what they are doing, even though they have been terrible circumstances globally to undermine interests

There is too much meat on the bone, too many positive interests and boxes that have just not yet been ticked, and I believe somebody is taking advantage of the low share price to concentrate, share interest and yester. Take it away from the shareholders who don’t invest
no matter how you look at it, they come across as a pack of greedy bstds but welcome to the stock market. This is exactly what business is greed and self interest lies and deceit

i’m going to throw my lot in on the basis that this thing is going to turn out as I just hope for everybody who has hung in there that are comes good and we can all celebrate

I may very well be wrong, but it is important to look at the good the bad and the ugly and all of this

they all have a lot invested in it, including their reputations
