Yeah they reckon they are doing shareholders a favour by giving shares at a 'discount'. Really we are being ripped off as the share price is worth $0.00 in my opinion. They seem to be in fairyland I think. Seems they are trying everything to stay afloat whilst praying for either the next Lithium boom OR for LKE to actually do something constructive.
