No surprise JF didn't answer my question that I sent to his phone via text..."What happens if you don't raise the 45 million." I'm guessing his ignorance is because XTC are almost broke & unless they sell Southern Cross which obviously they don't want to do hence this cap raise, then XTC goes belly up....Receivers come in & XTC gets delisted from the ASX. If I'm wrong then how fkn hard is it to settle the market place with an announcement of where XTC are currently at
