Sharp MA downturn shortly after an oversubscribed CR is what happens when insiders catch wind that the new manufacturing plant's star machine won't be online for many months - despite ann. previously declaring everything was being commissioned and ready to go.
It took a few of us holders emails to get them to fess up about it. Last we heard was to be operational in Dec/Jan so uptrend should resume as you've noted in the TA.
