guys XTE!!! bloody great company. has always been totally detached from typical market gyrations. XTE plumetted to 50c before COVID hit, because people weren't seeing the new contracts rolling in. and it's spiked up to 80c , because new work and funding was flowing into the sector.
this is a PURE value play. it will always be worth its salt and totally ignore the actions of the broader market, covid, not covid..
