    Xtrata considering spending 5 billion in phllipines is nothing short of madness. The philippines whole social and economic culture is based on bribes, unless you bribe you can not even move a tube of toothpaste.
    In the Philppines foreighners cant even by land, you actually need a shell company that is 50% owned by a philippino to do business.
