software provider iguana told me tonight they can buy the aggregate broker-trades data nightly, and they can get the individual trades data after the three days.....they are looking to sell this data to their own clients
re the ASX decision to make the data unavailable - what possible reason could justify such privacy in an open market????
hope the proposed ASX regulator role-review by the new government puts a stop to this sort of sneaky stuff - information like this should be available for all to see, in real time, without a VERY good reason why not!
