Those who were here early last year might have remembered the induction of Tony Vellecca to the board. Tony Vellecca is the CIO of UST, which is a pretty big deal IMO. Except that an announcement later says that he did not take up the position but the position was open if and when they wish to appoint someone. That is the type of chicken counting before the egg is hatched that has been going on with XTV.
