Not sure about prior selling but with recent news from ALA and their involvement with TSP takeover yesterday it appears they intend to divest themselves of their other holdings of which xTV is one, so there may be a possibility for more sales going through over time.
Will be contacting them in the near future to get their feedback on it and other things.
