Stock, why would AT&T, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, with a market cap of US$235 billion, enter into a sham contract with an obscure Australian company, which before last week was worth less than what the CEO of AT&T probably gets paid? Especially as AT&T aren't shareholders.

I'm sorry, it just makes no sense.

AT&T have a strong interest in xTV. They like the product and so now there committing time, money, resources and expertise.
