Without a new acquisition and a different story to sell the XTV business as it stands today is doomed. What little customers they have are dropping off as fast as they are coming on - it's a sure sign the platform is worthless. UST, the most significant and the last customer you would expect to leave, has stopped using the platform. Seems like they've done their best to help and all has failed. Even the Hendrik acquisition is in question now since Sangster has already left. And without Hendrik I wonder how long those healthcare customers are going to stay?
With all the debts they took on and the spiralling cash burn the need to vend into something else has never been more urgent. Cash is still burning away even while they are in suspension. Many sleepless nights for Joe that's for sure.
