Have been looking at the background of Mark Sangster. Appears to be very well connected in the health / IT industry, and is also president of associated companies. (have a look at Linkedin)

This is what xTV needs - a revenue stream and branch where Joe does not have to commit his personal time, and can develop under delegation.

I am also curious as to how this will be received in the USA (if at all) :- it will be most interesting to see the action on Chi-X for the next few days.
