Its probably fallen because they bought a contract indirectly rather than getting it the usual way using salesmanship skills. However its probably a good move because i feel Americans dont like foreigners selling to them ...they prefer locals with American accents [see eg NEA] i bought it as a spec and that is what specs do when they new and unproven, the sp moves up n down violently.
