@Red Emperor - it's irrespective who is trying to sue who....it leaves a bad taste, like trying to seperate to schoolgirls fighting in a playground. If there is some legal stuff going on, XTV should be advising the ASX though an honest and diligent way through their lawyers.
Is it any wonder that the corporates such as AT & T and Intel are trying to distance themselves from this sort of behaviour? It seems like a big family that has to keep their Aspergers child away from polite company, as although very talented, liable to drop his Reg Grundies and dump on the table
