Unless this a recent matter it has been covered in other posts if anyone wishes to go back.

It hasn't necessarily been a one way street either with Activsion, not saying xTV is in the right but these things have different points of view.

There was a previous post I made recently where I had my own concerns about this matter and raised them with the CEO. He wasn't too concerned with it actually.

Still good to be aware of as there are a few new faces on the xTV threads who may not have been aware, thanks to Ports in bringing it up.
